The event will be held in two parts: Part 1 from 5:30 p.m. and Part 2 from 8 p.m,

Beginning with appetizers and a la carte dishes to enjoy fresh fish directly from the Seto Inland Sea,
A gem using fresh eggs born at an altitude of 1,050 meters at the southern foot of Yatsugatake,
Tuna procured from Yamayako and rice made with special red vinegar enhance the flavor of the fresh fish.
