Hello.
I am in charge of PR for Ryuzuki SUSHI.
It is the season when children's sunburn marks make us smile.
How is everyone doing?
Our restaurant offers a course of sushi with our specialties.
In this issue, we would like to introduce our commitment to this project.
■The delicious artisanal taste of both the neta and the rice.
〜The taste of the rice is also a key factor in the flavor of the rice.
Our signature sushi is available in the "OMAKASE Course".
The sushi is the main attraction of the restaurant, although the dishes in between are of course superb.
We use "red vinegar rice" for our sushi.
Red pickled rice is said to have been eaten since the Edo period (1603-1868) and has a long history,
Its flavor is more aromatic than white vinegar and is characterized by a sense of flavor and richness.
When served with sushi, the mellow flavor will fill your mouth.
The sushi is full of attention to detail, and is recommended for entertaining guests or for face to face meetings.
We hope you will enjoy the harmony of the red vinegar rice and fresh neta (fish) that has been spun by the history of food.
~Attention to the counter seating with a sense of luxury~.
Our restaurant is an upscale space with only 12 counter seats.
The counter is made of a single piece of hinoki cypress for a sophisticated table.
We also want our guests to feel the beauty of Japan as they dine with us,
The interior of the restaurant is decorated with traditional Nishijin brocade, creating an atmospheric Japanese atmosphere.
In such an atmosphere, craftsmen create a variety of excellent products right in front of your eyes,
It will provide you with a luxurious moment that will make you lose track of time.
We look forward to serving you on important occasions such as anniversaries and business entertainment.
